Forklift Operator

Weare seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. Inthis role, you will primarily drive a forklift and handle the movement of 50 lbbags of product throughout the warehouse. You will also operate various piecesof equipment while adhering to safety standards and company regulations.

KeyResponsibilities
ForkliftOperation:
• Drivea forklift to lift, weigh, stack, and move 50 lb bags of product forapproximately 75% of the shift.
• Usehand dollies as needed for movement.
EquipmentOperation:
• Operatemultiple pieces of equipment including batching mixers, pellet mills, grinders,and grain cleaners.
InventoryManagement:
• Receiveingredients by truck and rail, monitor ingredient inventory levels, and ensureall products meet specifications and HACCP requirements.
Safetyand Housekeeping:
• Maintaina clean and organized work environment, consistently adhering to safetyregulations and company rules.
PhysicalRequirements:
• Performtasks that involve standing, walking, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling,crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling, often in small spaces.
DrivingTasks:
• Driveas required to complete specific tasks and ensure safe operation of theforklift.

Requirements& Experience:
• Previousforklift experience is required.
• Warehouseexperience is a plus.
• Abilityto lift and move heavy products (up to 50 lbs).
• Mustbe able to perform physical tasks in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

SafetyGear:
• Musthave steel-toed boots; Cargill will provide other necessary PPE.
