**Job Description:**
- Work in a Short Term Acute Care facility with a total staff bed capacity of 109.
- Participate in a 40-hour orientation program.
- Handle labor and delivery with expected ratios of 1:1 for active labor and 1:3 for postpartum.
- Support patients through all phases of labor and childbirth.
- Every other or every third weekend work is required.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability to float between sister facilities or within the hospital as needed.
- Must be willing to work on three of the five major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
- Be prepared for pre-start and annual modules averaging 16 hours.
- Modules completion is self-reported and recorded in Workramp transcripts.
- Exhibit professionalism and consider requests for time off prior to submittal.
- Maintain effective communication as required for the duties assigned.
