Responsibilities:
- Lead and structure work across team to meet all Business Control and Risk critical deliverables including those related to Single Process Inventory and Record Retention requirements in both the US (Shared Service including Compensation Service Delivery, Pay & Channels) and OUS (International Shared Services) space.
- Operationalize requirements for new initiative work and consult process owners on process and control requirements.
- Optimize work in an organized and efficient manner and lead work across the team for consistency in approach and outcome.
- Building strong partnerships across the Global Pay and Compensation Services Delivery teams, Global Mobility and HR Risk & Controls.
- Performs complex analytics, consulting, and process design tasks to support the successful delivery of Global Human Resources (GHR) products and programs.
- Evaluates existing processes, technologies, and routines to drive process improvements.
- Implements controls to mitigate and manage compliance and operational risk.
- Manages a variety of routine to complex operational and strategic activities to ensure programs are executed accurately and effectively, while coaching and developing team members.
- Partners with HR program functions on an ongoing basis to ensure processes meet design requirements.
- Supports larger, complex initiatives by identifying solutions that meet business needs and priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant HR, Business support, or Risk and/or audit related experience.
- Experience in a Quality Assurance or oversight role.
- Ability to maintain objectivity in balancing bank risk with client needs and satisfaction.
- Excellent relationship and communication (e.g., verbal, written and presentation) skills.
- Ability to work in a very hands-on, detailed and efficient manner.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Strong and effective communication with manager, peers, and business partners.
- Proven experience to lead, influence and drive work across multiple teams and regions.
- Proven experience with managing a group of stakeholders; ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions to achieve desired results.
- Must have ability and demonstrated experience to assimilate complex data into a results-based story and effectively present the results; including the ability to develop concise, effective Senior level presentations.
- Must have strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint skills.
