Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!Position Summary:As a Driver Check-In Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our drivers are checked-in accurately and all returned products are processed accordingly. Under direct supervision, compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies. Counts material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies and posts totals to inventory / property records. Verifies record computations against physical count of inventory and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.Position Details:• Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 3:00Pm• Friday 6:00am - 2:30PM• Pay is $20.00Position Responsibilities:Maintain an accurate physical inventory count and records.Handle salvage product.Check for outdated product.Checks in Delivery DriversInspects and unloads all returning trailersVerifies returned goods and damaged productMakes decisions about the disposition of returned goodsRe-enters goods into inventoryChecks Delivery Driver route tickets, customer orders and prepare for operations.Maintains accurate records of returnsFiles invoices and other documents on a daily basisReceives Delivery Drivers’ receipts of the day’s customer deliveriesReceives appointments as neededPerforms other related duties as assigned.#CM-ALLQualification:• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experiencewith a WMS.• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products from pallets and shelves from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background checkCompany descriptionCore-Mark continues to grow as the industry leader in fresh and broadline solutions for the convenience retail industry.
