Your responsibility is to accurately and quickly service a very fast paced client base while maintaining the highest quality and safety in the industry. We are looking for candidates with a stable work history who are looking for long term careers with a great company. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge and skill in FIFO principals, as well as RF scanning equipment.These positions work 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday and pay $21.58/hr.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate forklift equipment effectively and safely; maintain equipment and report malfunctions.Perform duties within the RF processes in place.Accurately pick, stack, wrap and stage outbound freight; to ensure warehouse goals are met.Implement work in the prescribed sequence so deliver-by-date is met;Work proficiently to meet Productivity, Quality and Safety targets;Load/unload trucksMaintain a strict housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S protocols.Report unsafe work conditions/environment in a timely basis;Contribute to the success of the team.Cycle Counts.Stock Replenishment.Receiving and locating product using RF technology.RequirementsCompletion of a high-school diploma & 18 years old.Stable work history (vs. job hopping), preferably in a fast paced warehouse/yard environmentSafely operate various forklift equipment. Prior experience with cherry pickers and high reach machinery is an asset.Meet daily timelines and work in an environment, where assignments and work priorities are reviewed several times a day.Ability to use RF technology.Work well as a team but be self-motivated and independent at timesGood interpersonal and communication skills.
