The role involves development of the design solutions, costings and delivery of the required works during the construction phase.What you'll do:Coordinate design development and SU quotations from C3 to C7 stage and completion of works.Report progress, update trackers and dashboards and provide information in the required format for internal and external reports.Manage Utilities programme of work ensuring that projects are issued, monitored, delivered (to cost and time) in accordance with scheme’s requirements.Manage the interface between delivery works and on-site utilities, ensuring compliance with safe working practices for working around known utilities.
