Director of Delivery at Innovative Global Talent Agency
About the Role:
Innovative Global Talent Agency is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Director of Delivery to join our leadership team in our Digital Transformation Division (DTD). We deliver cutting-edge technology, consulting services, and digital solutions to ensure our customers' mission success. Our Digital Transformation Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that tackles some of the federal government’s most challenging problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, from program managers to corporate leadership, to implement the Innovative Global Talent Agency Service Delivery Model, which includes coordinating Program Execution Reviews (PER), Delivery Excellence Evaluations (DEE), Voice of the Customer reviews (VOTC), and other key delivery model elements.
This is a cross-company role that will involve collaboration with Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian programs. You’ll be instrumental in guiding program managers, improving service delivery, and ensuring successful contract execution. Additionally, this role includes working with classified and Special Access Programs (SAP) to support our service delivery in these unique environments.
Responsibilities:
- Directly interact with customers, capability/offering managers, program managers, and corporate leadership to enhance service delivery.
- Work with Capability/Offering Managers to identify packages of services that can meet multiple client needs while minimizing cost, schedule, and performance risks.
- Mentor Program Managers and program management office staff, recommending improvements and supporting their proficiency in executing the Innovative Global Talent Agency service delivery model.
- Identify program risks and collaborate with program managers to mitigate potential adverse actions by government customers.
- Execute program improvement initiatives related to cost, schedule, and performance.
- Contribute to the positive and collaborative culture of the division and company.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading programs or profit and loss (P&L) centers greater than $150M annually.
- Experience leading programs or technology organizations with over 500 employees.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills necessary to effectively interact with all levels of program managers and company leadership, including Division Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Sector General Managers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with program managers, sector leaders, and program operations leaders in Federal Civilian and Intelligence sectors.
- 10-15+ years of experience working closely with Federal customers on management and technology consulting programs, including successful enterprise transformation engagements.
- Experience delivering services in classified and Special Access Program (SAP) environments is preferred.

- A competitive compensation range of $146,400 - $244,000, depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
