Adecco is Hiring 22 Packers, Shippers and Forklift Operators in Fletcher, NC across 1st and 2nd shifts, facility operates from 5am - 12am including weekends/overtime. We pay weekly!! Roles are all long-term, potentially Temp-to-Hire.
Packers and Shippers : $18.05ph 1st shift and $19.30ph 2nd shift.
Forklift Operators: $19.65ph 1st shift and $20.90ph 2nd shift.
Schedule:
1st shift pending role starts at 6am or 7am until 2:30pm/3:30pm however all are working 10-hours a day; mandatory OT so you’ll finish at 4:30pm/5:30pm.
2nd shift regular hours start at 2:30pm or 3pm pending role until 11pm/11:30pm however all are working 10-hours a day; mandatory OT so you’ll finish at 1am/1:30am.
Saturday OT is an 8-hour shift.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Job requires basic reading, writing and math skills.
Must be reliable to work overtime schedule including weekends as needed.
Must be a team player, flexible, and motivated.
Must have the initiative and discipline to work with limited supervision.
Must wear applicable PPE at all times.
Prior Warehouse experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to routinely lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
Must be able to team-lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
Must be able to handle repetitive movements like pushing, pulling, bending down and lifting of packages/totes/materials.
Must be able to manually move packages from one place to another. Whether it be from equipment to conveyor, from pack table to pallet, or from one side of the business to another.
Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet (8-10 hours)

Pay Details: $18.05 to $20.90 per hour
