Job Description

As a Senior Product Delivery Manager, you will be partnering with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to ensure that products and processes run smoothly and have the data and tools needed for success. You will provide critical support by building systems to capture, review, and analyze usage information and other key data, which helps PMs make better-informed product decisions. You will own the product delivery process to general availability of the products we release and its successful implementation with our customers. The tools and processes you will define will strengthen product communication, operations and sales product knowledge, and development in a high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver maximum impact to our customers, and make sure we are doing the right things at the right time.
  2. Streamline collaboration and communication efforts between Product and Operations teams.
  3. Become a knowledge expert that will serve as the focal point to the entire operations teams of our business partners around the world.
  4. Ensure knowledge is being transferred and maintained across all functions.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, quality assurance teams, and project managers, to plan release cycles and milestones.
  6. Continuously improve efficiency.
  7. Run the implementation and roll-out of products, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on launch tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. 3+ years of experience in Product Operation/Technical Program/Project Management (SaaS companies - an advantage).
  2. Feel super comfortable in a technical environment using tools such as Kibana/Splunk/Swagger/Postman.
  3. Problem-focused and solutions-oriented, with extreme attention to detail and not afraid of rolling up sleeves to get things done.
  4. Have an understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
  5. Experience with Jira and Confluence - Must.
  6. Ability to understand flows and provide creative technical solutions.
  7. Fluent English and excellent customer-facing and communication skills (verbal and written).
  8. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  9. Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive kind of person.
  10. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to create flawless and strong project management skills.
