Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.The Driver is responsible for providing patient, staff, and internal parcel transportation services. This position interacts with others as a professional, flexible, safety conscious, and collaborative team member to ensure that the location’s operating priorities are achieved with consistent excellence and precision.We are seeking a Driver to work at Rosewood Ranch located in Wickenburg, AZ.Hours/Shift: Part TimeResponsibilities Include:Follows approved policies and procedures and completes all necessary reports maintaining compliance.Displays safe work habits, driving, etc. at all times in a compliant manner to protect others’ well-being.Displays the ability to be flexible, multi-task and take on changing priorities with a cooperative demeaner.Always maintains patient privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.Provides patient and/or staff transportation to and from the airport, appointments, and meetings and mail/parcel delivery.Practices safe driving by obeying all laws.Performs routine checks on vehicles before using them.Reports vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the designated individual and fills out required maintenance request forms.Communicates professionally and appropriately with patient community.Respects patient’s and family member’s confidentiality.Communicates pertinent patient interactions and information to Nursing and Therapists as needed.Ensures all deliveries have been delivered to the correct location.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School graduate or equivalentOne to three years similar experience preferred.Proficient computer use, phone operation, professional communication/people skills, and consistency in following through as expected.Must be at least 25 years of age in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.Valid state drivers license.Must acquire and maintain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications.Must possess a current AZ DPS fingerprint card.We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
