Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across three continents. We are seeking an Associate Director, Project Delivery for the Vacaville site. This role involves planning, managing, and executing investment projects, providing leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans
• Manage project budgets
• Ensure safety, quality & compliance
• Coordinate project teams
• Monitor project progress
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status
• Manage project resources
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science related discipline
• Fluent in Spanish is preferred
• Extensive experience in project engineering and management
• Broad technical knowledge in engineering disciplines
• Task-oriented with proven experience in cost control and scheduling
• Experience in facility design and CQV approaches
• Excellent computer systems knowledge
• Understanding of the CDMO industry
• Strong experience in Engineering and cGMP Manufacturing
