Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Grand Island, NE

**Must-Have:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labor and delivery
- Ability to titrate drips such as Pitocin, Mag, and Procardia
**Job Description:**
- Work in a unit with 15 LDRP beds and approximately 400 births per year.
- Patients include obstetrics, postpartum, antepartum, post-surgical GYN, and pregnancy with hypertension or diabetes.
- Follow AWHONN guidelines for nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:3, and 1:1 for laboring patients.
- Manage standard RT equipment troubleshooting; no additional RT responsibilities required.
- No floating required except in critical staffing scenarios, where duties will be limited to sitting or task completion.
- Support from a charge nurse present on each shift who will not take patient assignments.
- No tele/monitor techs; reading strips is not required.
- Work every other weekend and fulfill holiday requirements when needed.
- Complete 1 week of classroom orientation and 2-3 shifts on the floor.
