You Are:
Delivery Lead – Communications, Media and High-Tech (CMT) - is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.
The Work:
- Managing project delivery of technology solutions/applications at CMT clients (custom, Salesforce, Oracle, etc) with a team that is distributed across locations and time zones
- Managing contract financials and ensuring delivery contract commitments.
- Creating a supportive environment for our team members to execute successfully
- Identification and implementation of innovation opportunities leveraging New IT capabilities (Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs and Microservices) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work
- Stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need:
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience
- Minimum of 4 years of hands on experience managing large scale Tech/related Programs and Projects
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing contract financials and ensuring delivery contract commitments
- Experience supporting/working with CMT Industry and clients
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

California $131,000 to $302,400
Colorado $131,000 to $261,300
District of Columbia $139,600 to $278,200
New York $121,400 to $302,400
Maryland $121,400 to $241,900
Washington $139,600 to $278,200
