Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Class A CDL/Semi Driver to haul construction materials and equipment to and from various projects across Florida. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of equipment and materials essential to the construction process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating heavy equipment and a strong commitment to safety.

Position Description
Summary : The Class A CDL/Semi Driver hauls construction material and equipment used in the construction process to and from various projects, both interstate and intrastate of Florida.
•Loads and unloads various types of heavy equipment using various trucks and trailer
•Hauls structural steel among other building material
•Operates in compliance with FMCSA safety standard
•Hauls permitted load
•Performs routine inspections on trucks and trailer
•Adheres to the company's safety policies to create a safe work environment
•Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
•High School Diploma or GED preferred
•Sufficient education or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills and characteristics to perform duties of the role
•Minimum of 5 years CDL experience
•Heavy equipment experience preferred
•Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean
•Must maintain Class A CDL and medical card
•Excellent communication skill
•Must possess good time management skill
•Must be self-motivated
•Ability to work in a team environment
•Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
•Must have a good work ethic, and the ability to understand and carry out written or verbal instruction
•Must be able to work different hours plus overtime as needed
•Must have clean MVR driving record for 3 years minimum
