As a Transportation Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes our guests and ensures they enjoy seamless transportation to and from their desired destinations. Your role will be essential in creating memorable moments for our visitors!In this exciting position, you will:Drive with Purpose: Operate property-designated vehicles to transport guests to a variety of destinations, including local airports, popular restaurants, theaters, sporting events, and convention centers. Every trip is an opportunity to make a positive impression!Be a Guest's Ally: Assist guests with their luggage, making their travels as stress-free as possible.Greet with Enthusiasm: Welcome arriving and departing guests with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they step into our vehicle.Provide Exceptional Service: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating your commitment to outstanding customer service.Resolve Concerns: Address any guest concerns with care and escalate when necessary, always prioritizing their satisfaction.Ensure Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene by disinfecting and sanitizing shuttles, the front drive, and lobby areas.Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all company safety and security policies, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.Be Versatile: Take on any additional tasks needed to fulfill the primary purpose of your role.What We’re Looking For:Prior customer service experience is a must, and hospitality industry experience is preferred.A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.A valid state driver’s license is required, along with adherence to company guidelines regarding moving violations.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs regularly.Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of your scheduled shift.Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.Why Join Us?Become a vital part of our team where every day brings new opportunities to connect with guests and create unforgettable experiences!
