Job Description$2,500 Sign on Bonus Offered to Eligible CandidateGeneral PurposeDelivery of all products to DFA/St. Albans Creamery customers according to assigned delivery route schedule as determined by the store manager. Deliver products in a safe and timely manner according to company policies and the driver’s manual.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPick up empty totes and barrelsMake deliveries to each location depending on the farmer’s recommendationCollect money from all COD accountsAdhere to all DOT regulations, including drug and alcohol testingFollow all company safety policies as outlined in the driver’s manual and company handbookFollow all written and oral instructions communicated by the store managerMaintain good driving record according to all federal and state motor vehicle laws, rules and regulationsReport any and all violations in accordance with the driver’s manual immediately to the store managerKeep track of proper maintenance needs of equipment being used (fuel, check oil, etc.)Attend all driver workshops and training sessionsMaintain good attendance record according to company policies; must call in at least 2 hours prior to start of shift if sick, etc.The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
