Job Description

1. 12+ years’ experience in Infrastructure services related projects; with 6+ years in techno-managerial roles
2. 3+ years’ experience in planning and implementing/managing Infra Transformation programs across storage, compute, End User Computing, security concepts, networking, virtualization and cloud.
3. 5+ Years of Experience in managing a team size of 100+ resources
4. Managing P&L with a contract value of $50 MN+ USD
5. Act as a Single point of contact for all customer escalations
6. Experience in handling operations from customer location wherein the team mix is onsite (US)+ offshore (India)
7. Understanding of IT Infrastructure solutions and concepts, which include but are not limited to: ITSM Tool and Processes, security, high availability, recovery, performance, monitoring and operations design, and application architecture.
8. Experience in collaborating with the client to drive New business
9. Managing communications with all stakeholders
10. Managing risks to the program’s successful outcome
11. Leading Weekly, Monthly and quarterly governance reviews with the customer
12. Planning and leading account review with internal stakeholders
13. Collaborating with offshore delivery manager to drive account growth
14. Work with TechM Teams to drive quality assurance programs and ensure compliance
15. Leading client audits from delivery end
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,897.00 - $130,527.00 per year
