Position Overview:

• Equipment: Operate 53' refrigerated trailers on a dedicated account.
• Freight: 100% no touch freight, featuring drop and hook and live store load/unloads.
• Schedule: Weekly home time, ensuring a minimum 34-hour reset.
• Flexibility: Drivers must be available for both daytime and nighttime shifts.
• Operation: 7-day operation with weekends not guaranteed off.
• Work Schedule Options: Choose between a 5-day work week (personal vehicle required for terminal travel) or a 6-day work week (take the truck home).
• Mileage: Average 1,700 miles per week.

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive Mileage Pay: Earn $0.69 to $0.81 per mile
• Weekly guarantee pay : $1.000
• Additional Incentives: $10 for the first stop, $15 for each additional stop, and $25 for short hauls under 50 miles.
• Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $1,500.
• Monthly Bonus: $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8,200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG fuel efficiency.

Driver Requirements:

• Age: Minimum 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record with no major accidents, serious tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years.
• Employment History: Solid 10-year work history with no significant gaps outside of schooling or training (6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years maximum).
• Background Check: No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the last 5 years.
• Drug Screening: Must pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens.
