**Job Description:**
- Provide compassionate care to patients in the labor and delivery unit
- Monitor and document patient progress during labor
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and infants
- Utilize expertise in handling childbirth-related complications
- Prioritize patient safety and comfort throughout the labor and delivery process
- Maintain clear and precise documentation using EPIC system
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and protocols
- Participate in weekend and holiday work rotations as needed
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
