We are Accenture, a global professional services company, searching for a Workday Delivery Lead.

This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize the essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning, and HR. For many of our clients, successfully getting their data operations into cloud environments is a major focus. The enterprise data-reporting software of Workday is a critical component of many of the cloud solutions we design, which is why Accenture has assembled a team of more than 2,000 Workday-certified professionals.

As a Workday Delivery Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

1. Bring thought-leadership on how technology can transform an organization.
2. Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
3. Shape and deliver various Workday implementation projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteria.
4. Manage day-to-day client communications.
5. Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging the output produced by the team.
6. Manage engagement financials.
7. Help grow and develop our team through hands-on training and coaching.
8. Utilize Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all engagements.
9. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
10. Support or lead business development activities such as solutioning, proposal creation, orals support, and SOW creation.
11. Drive innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

What You Need:

• Workday Partner Certification.
• Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• 10 years of Workday-related implementations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes.
• Experience in Education or Government Workday implementations.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, or Washington.
