We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Release Train Engineer to join our team. This role can be based out of our Lake Mary, FL, or Pittsburgh, PA offices – Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes.
- Assist teams in delivering value and achieving objectives.
- Communicate with stakeholders and escalate impediments.
- Manage risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
- Drive continuous improvement and integration.
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe and Agile methodologies.
- Manage and optimize program flow, facilitating PI Planning and readiness.
- Aggregate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives.
- Track and report status, ensuring value delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods.
- Effective facilitation and teaching methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience successfully running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
