Delivery Driver- CDL B with HazMat and Tank Endorsements Preferred

Position: Home Delivery DriverStatus: Full-Time, Hourly Non-ExemptPay Rate: $56k - $80k AnnuallyBenefits: 401(k), 401(k) Matching, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Other Voluntary CoverageESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – include and are not limited to:Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads gasoline, oil, and propane products to and from specified destinationsBe capable of repeatedly climbing in and out of the cab, and dragging a petroleum filled hose several feetFollow all DOT and HazMat regulations, Mirabito safety standards and policies 100% of the timeComplete daily and monthly paperwork requirements in order to ensure compliance with company standards and protection of its assets 100% of the timeConstantly work in outdoor weather conditions with exposure to oil and/or propane fumes and the elementsEnsure that Company and Government safety, policy, and regulatory standards are met and maintain zero preventable incidents 100% of the timeBe capable of maneuvering equipment and materials in excess of 300 pounds with the use of proper mechanical devices and/or additional manpowerPossess the ability to operate various instruments such as multi meters and combustion analyzersCollect monetary payments from customers, when necessaryRESPONSIBILITIES – include and are not limited to:Follow route and time schedule that is provided by the Dispatcher on a daily basisLoad, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle in accordance with company standardsMaintain safety and compliance records 100% of the timeProvide quality customer satisfaction to all customers and business contactsInform customers of new products and servicesComplete logs and reports according to company standards, policies, and proceduresParticipate in any job related training and/or certifications and safety meetingsReport to work as scheduled, with minimal absenteeism and tardiness, work overtime as necessary, and participate in a rotating on-call schedulePerform other job-related activities and special projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS – include and are not limited to:CETP qualifications – if not currently certified will need to obtain within 1 year of employment and maintain these certificationsPrior driving experience preferredPrior experience with HazMat material preferredMaintain a valid DOT physical cardSuccessful completion of a pre-employment functional evaluation and drug screeningThe list of requirements, duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive but is merely the most accurate list for the current job.
