**Job Description:**
- Night shift position in labor and delivery.
- Responsible for providing comprehensive care to labor and delivery patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with facility guidelines and protocols.
- Demonstrate strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Meet orientation requirements with 16 hours of initial training.
- Adhere to facility's flu vaccine requirements, with medical and religious exemptions or declinations allowed.
