A Professional Yard Driver is responsible for safely moving semi trailers at a major distribution center. They are an integral part of keeping the distribution center flowing. RSS Trailer is committed to adding great people with incredible knowledge, work ethic and experience to our team.
Full time work
$21/hour starting pay rate.
Pay increase after 90 days and 1 year of employment (based on performance/attendance)
Shift
Tuesday-Friday: 4PM-2AM.
Job Description
Primary tasks will be basic yard tractor operations, dropping and pulling trailers in dock doors and parking them onsite.
Safely maneuver and back semi-trailers.
Safely enter/exit semi-trailer multiple times an hour, place and remove wheel chocks, lift and open doors.
Follow safety procedures.
OT after 40 hours paid at time and half.
No loading/unloading merchandise.
Consistent Schedule, Home Daily-never leave the yard!
No CDL required!
