Forklift Operator

Job Summary
The Forklift Operator is responsible for moving products or materials within a production or warehouse environment, utilizing powered tools and industrial vehicles to ensure efficient transportation and organization of goods.
This role requires adherence to safety protocols and company policies while handling raw materials, finished goods, and other warehouse items.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to transport raw materials, finished goods, and other products to designated areas.
• Load and unload materials from designated trailers and/or route trucks.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Manually move products and/or materials as required.
• Safely operate manual and powered pallet jacks or other lifting equipment.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jacks or lifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, stocking, or forklift operation role.
• Previous experience in a high-speed industrial environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Certifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
