QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
Commercial Drivers License - Class A
Must maintain current State of Florida Driver's License.
Current State of Florida Department of Transportation Physical Card.
Negative reading on a N.I.D.A. drug screen.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, hand, or feel objects, tools, or controls. What You'll Do:
Product Handling:
- Master the art of handling our products like a pro to keep them in top-notch condition!
- Stock shelves and displays to perfection, with each bottle facing forward.
- Keep backrooms and stock areas looking neat and tidy at every retail location.
- Build eye-catching displays and place POS materials with style.
- Rotate products to ensure the freshest beer hits the shelves first.
- Adhere to our quality control standards and "Old Beer Policies" to keep every pour tasting great.
- Collect empty kegs and handle swaps for damaged or soon-to-expire products.
- Tackle customer concerns to avoid order issues, keeping the Service Supervisor and sales reps in the loop.
- Deliver orders to the right customers, every time.
- Accurately handle all transaction details-handheld entries, customer signatures, payment collections, and leaving correct invoices.
- Wrap up your day with precise inventory and deposit records.
- Make every second count! Use time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Hit those customers time windows like a pro.
- Perform a pre-trip check daily to ensure your equipment is in great shape.
- Quickly report any issues that need attention, from safety concerns to equipment glitches.
- Work safely and follow all company safety protocols.
- Maintain a sparkling work environment, including your truck, trailer, and equipment.
- Look sharp in your clean, company-issued uniform and maintain a professional appearance.Maintain a professional appearance through the use of proper grooming and by wearing clean assigned uniform clothing
