Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive Service Delivery of portfolio as onsite Service Delivery Manager.
- Lead Governance meetings (MBR, WSR, Business Partner calls) with client and internal collaborators.
- Drive resolution of Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Tickets, RCA as per SLA/KPI.
- Ability to multitask and drive multiple parallel priorities.
- Ability to deliver in a demanding environment.
- Drive Automation and Elimination within the portfolio.
- Decide on needed hiring and optimization from within the team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaborator management skills.
- Prior support SDM experience in client-facing role.
- Handle critical issues, assess situations, come up with improvement plans, and implement the same.
- Retail domain experience would be preferable.
Certifications Required:
Certified Java Developer, Certified Spring Professional.
