Position Summary:
Responsible for receiving and recording in all food products, supplies, and merchandise. Keep accurate record of inventory on hand, used and ordered. This person will work with management and co-workers to instill and foster the value of the Villanova Mission Statement and the Dining Services Mission Statement. This person will focus on our Core Values: Safety and Sanitation, Friendly Courteous Service, Quality, Meticulous Attention to Detail, and Safety. All of our associates should improve our systems and overall operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, date, record all food, supplies, and merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all food products, supplies, and merchandise entered into the building
• Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

• Knowledge of math and math skills to keep records of inventory on hand, used and ordered
• One year as a receiver or related field in dealing with inventory control
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to use chemicals daily, and use proper protective equipment as called for by the specific chemical and task

• High School Diploma desireable

• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs independently.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods.
• Ability to withstand extreme temperatures (hot/cold)

• Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm
• special events including late nights and weekends are required
