Additional Compensation Details:

• $19.00 per hour Dependent on Experience and Location of Role
• Potential 90-day performance-based raise
• Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

Responsibilities
Schedule:
Monday thru Saturday, 5 day work schedule, split days off
The Role - Same-Day Driver/Repack Warehouse Associate:
This position is same day delivery of produce in the Phoenix market as well as warehouse duties, including repacking when not delivering.
Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
• Product will be delivered to customers with hand truck
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery and our warehouse assoiciates
• Promote & maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented & customer-focused attitude with co-workers & other departments
• Load and repack produce in vehicle and back in warehouse as needed
• All other duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience

• Be 23 yrs old or older
• Driving experience preferred
• Will need to pass fingerprinting clearance, background check and MVR
• Demonstrated ability to lift/ push/ pull 50 lbs. throughout shift
• Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English
• Satisfactory driving record
