Profile:

As a Vice President, System Integration and Services Delivery at Healthgrades, you will be responsible for leading our system integration and technical implementation team. This role is for an experienced and motivated technical leader who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. You will be accountable for bringing business-critical insights and best practices using analytics, cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams drive success on new initiatives.

What you will do:

  1. Accountability for transforming the system integration practice, including supporting sales, account management, consulting, and all operational aspects.
  2. Practice Building: Drive overall growth of practice area through business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.
  3. Team & Individual Development: Maximize team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction.
  4. Engagement Management: Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
  5. Work with teams to capture best practices and develop case studies and other core deliverables to build solution offerings.
  6. Ensure performance against measurable goals for the professional services team in line with business unit growth and profitability targets.
  7. Regularly monitor and measure priorities, providing coaching and guidance to team members.
  8. Relentlessly innovate and evolve implementation strategies to increase efficiency and flexibility of our implementation services.
  9. Provide proactive customer follow-up, communication, and issue management through regular client meetings and check-ins.
  10. Drive and develop a motivated team of service professionals, building the necessary knowledge, skills, and capabilities to execute our business strategies.
  11. Create a work environment that promotes learning, sharing, and trust.
  12. Develop operations-related plans, budgets, policies, and procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
  13. Develop best-in-class deployment delivery processes and KPI reporting within the implementation function.
  14. Ensure that all projects meet client requirements and deliver high customer satisfaction and reference-ability.

What you will bring:

  1. 10 years of engagement-based consulting experience or equivalent industry experience.
  2. 10 years of management experience.
  3. 5 years’ experience architecting, implementing, and deploying cloud-based solutions.
  4. Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce and marketing technology stacks.
  5. Demonstrated professional growth and the proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  6. Extensive experience with managing people, including mentoring and leadership skills.
  7. Expert business operations experience (RFP, SOW, margins, utilization).
  8. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels.
  9. Previous ownership and management of a P&L, including forecasting and risk mitigation.
  10. Experience in delivering multiple product solutions and managing a diverse team of professionals.
  11. Demonstrated experience in managing distributed, remote teams.
  12. High energy and enthusiasm; bright and collaborative leader.
