Service Delivery Manager

Service Delivery Manager - Milton Keynes - Hybrid - £45,000 to £55,000 per year

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a Service Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will be able to mentor multiple teams and work with customers to identify, implement, and maintain continuous service improvements.

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Inputting and attending regular monthly reviews with the customer to ensure customers remain satisfied.
2. Ensure all tickets within the team are prioritised and allocated in line with the agreed service levels.
3. Manage all major incidents ensuring all plans are communicated and actioned.
4. Develop and implement new processes and procedures to meet the customers' and business needs.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience working in a Service Delivery role.
2. Over 5 years' experience working within an MSP background.
3. Excellent understanding of change management at ITIL Foundation Level.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Extensive experience of managing multiple teams.
