**Job Title:** Registered Nurse**Job Specialty:** Labor and Delivery**Job Duration:** 8 weeks**Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 Hours**Experience:** Can screen candidates with 1 year of experience**License:** Valid state license required at time of submission**Certifications:** - BLS - AWHONN Advanced - NRP Advanced (must include all 11 components) - Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) **Must-Have:** - Vaginal Exam Ability/Experience - Baby Care Ability/Experience - Experience with <100 Births to >300 Births **Job Description:** - Specialty in Labor and Delivery as a Registered Nurse - Work in a Magnet, Teaching, Level II Trauma Center - Serve in LDRP with a patient ratio of 1:2 - Accepts first-time applicants - Weekend requirements include 2 weekends every 6 weeks; night shift weekends can include Fridays - No on-call duties are required - Clinician will not be expected to float to meet facility needs - Not open to accommodating block schedules - Accepts local candidates - Requires COVID-19 vaccine and booster, with no exemptions - Orientation includes 36 hours and approximately 3-6 hours of non-billable modules, which vary by specialty - Modules are completed during orientation and recorded on facility report Apply for this exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team focusing on labor and delivery.
