Heavy Equipment Operator / CDL Class A Driver

Job Description:

Stouffer Mechanical Contractor is in search of a Heavy Equipment Operator that possesses the skills to operate a variety of heavy equipment with a passion for the successful completion of mechanical construction projects.

Top Skills Required:

• Experience operating a variety of heavy equipment, including backhoes, excavators, and loaders.
• Able to perform basic to the most complex tasks such as excavating, digging, grading, trenching, and backfilling.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment basic problems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment for basic to the most complex tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Maintain equipment in good working order.

Requirements:

• CDL license in good standing.
• Experience in operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.
• Adherence to OSHA regulations for safe equipment operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
