Responsibilities:
The role of the Garage Greeter is to complete every customer interaction in a pleasant and courteous manner while ensuring safety. They are key players in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction.
- Contribute to a safe environment for all guests and employees per company and site-specific guidelines.
- Maintain a ready to serve posture that is welcoming to guests.
- Make eye contact and smile to all guests to acknowledge them.
- Prioritize assisting guests before other tasks.
- Work efficiently, without rushing, to assist guests.
- Use VPNE preferred word choices while speaking with guests.

Qualifications:
Years of Experience: Entry Level
Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written
Education Requirements: High school diploma/GED
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
- Ability to effectively maneuver around various locations both inside and outside while engaging in bending, prolonged standing, running, and prolonged sitting and in all weather conditions.
- Ability to receive medical and/or security clearance for one or more locations.
- Possess the manual dexterity to operate basic garage equipment, including pay on foot machines and garage barriers.
- Strong sense of customer service.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push a minimum of 200 pounds.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction.
- Maintain uniform standards while around the account.
