Westminster Canterbury Richmond is seeking a dependable Senior Driver to provide transportation for our residents and staff to locations on and off the campus in a safe and reliable manner following all company safety rules and state driving laws. Regularly inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure they are safe and in proper driving conditions.

Full Time
- Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
- Occasional weekend hours and evening trips
- A Senior Driver must hold a CDL with a Passenger endorsement

- Valid Driver's License in the State of Virginia with a good driving record
- Be of 25 years of age or older
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B with a "P" (passenger) endorsement) in the State of Virginia
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in customer service
- Inspect and maintain vehicles (i.e. fueling, maintaining fluid levels and cleaning interior and exterior)
- Drive residents and staff in company vehicles to assigned locations
- Assist passengers in and out of vehicles and into locations as needed
- Secure wheelchairs and walkers as needed
- Respond to calls for return rides
- Assist with transportation scheduling
- Notify coordinator or peers when assistance is necessary
- Experience working with the senior population is desired
- Offers of employment are conditioned on applicants meeting requirements of a pre-employment drug screening and background check
