Reporting Relationship: Production Manager/Fleet Manager
Primary Accountabilities:
Mainline OTR truck drivers will primarily work M-F on the road serving Mainline customers in Texas, North Carolina, and Minnesota, with occasional stops elsewhere. In general, the driver can expect to depart Monday morning, return to Topeka on Wednesday, head back out on Thursday morning, and be home for most weekends.

Major Duties:
- Assists in loading and unloading trailer.
- Performs vehicle and cargo inspection.
- Follows safety rules and procedures at all times.
- Maintains vehicle in a safe and clean condition.
- Unexpired CDL Class A driver's license.
- Up to date medical card.
- No more than 2 convictions in the past 2 years period for moving traffic violations.
- Commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively work with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and to make reliable and prompt decisions using available information.
- Demonstrate good work habits, maintain a professional appearance and attitude and follow policies and procedures.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to read computer screens and email, mail and talk on the phone.
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Interaction with external and internal customers, including disgruntled customers.
