We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Release Train Engineer II  to join our Corporate Engineering, Compliance Engineering Technology  team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Facilitate the development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. 
  • Facilitate process and execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering community of practice.
  • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. 
  • Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods required.
  • Knowledge on Lean Portfolio management functions, financial management and Agile transformation. 
  • Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills required.
