Yard Laborer with Forklift

The Yard Laborer with Forklift is an outdoors position with a company in Winter Haven who specializes in pipes. As a yard laborer you will maintain, clean, organize the yard with materials needed. Operate a forklift occasionally.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery in a fast-paced production environment.

Safely and accurately use hand power tools.

Lift heavy metal products, weighing 50+ lbs, as needed.

Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure product quality.

Utilize lathe machines if experienced, or willingness to learn.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating a forklift

Mechanical inclination and ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Experience with turning machines is advantageous.

Proficiency in threading is a significant plus.

Ability to work in a hot, open-shop environment and perform manual labor.

Capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision.
