Forklift Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will handle large products, ensuring their safe transport and placement within our warehouse or production facility. 1st and 2nd shifts are available. For immediate consideration, apply today.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport goods throughout the facility.
• Maneuver and position large and heavy products (up to 15 feet long and 1300 lbs.) with precision.
• Load and unload materials from trucks or containers using forklifts.
• Stack and organize products in designated storage areas.
• Conduct regular checks on forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Forklift certification is required.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and handling large, heavy products.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in material handling.
• Ability to operate a forklift in tight or confined spaces.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Reliable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
