The Patient Transportation Driver provides transportation of patients to and from outpatient treatment daily in a safe and professional manner. Also, this position is available to provide transport for patients to and from medical and needed appointments. Effective communication with dispatcher and managing pre and post-trip inspections of vehichles. Must understand and be able to operate GPS devices and cell phones. Perform all duties as assigned by Transport Coordinator.

- The Patient Transportation Driver creates a safe environment for clients, provides direct supervision of clients, . The Teacher will participate as an integral member of the treatment team and in developing the continuing care plan with regard to educational placement upon discharge. The Teacher will provide age and developmentally appropriate education in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Compass Intervention Center.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Drivers must be at least eighteen (21) years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- TN Driver License with F Endorsement or Commercial Driver License
- Physical Examination (at least as extensive as the Department of Transportation's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration for Commercial Drivers)
