SUMMARY:
To promptly serve the Processing Department by following established policies and procedures this position encompasses the coordination and development of proper mixture for juice operations in accordance with the production schedule and Tree Top specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Other duties may be assigned. All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices.
It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action.

- Completes respective paperwork completely, concisely, accurately and legibly.
- Distinguishes varieties of fruit.
- Evaluate fruit condition and make recommendations to reject when quality dictates.
- Understands how to record a split ticket of fruit used.
- Clean and sanitizes equipment in a timely manner.
- Calculates and records fruit usage date completely, concisely, accurately and legibly.
- Identifies problems and initiates adjustments for efficient and optimal operation.
- Responsible for addressing potential food safety and quality issues of the product.
- Informs Supervisor on a timely basis of all operation problems encountered and what actions were taken to resolve the problems with recommendations to prevent reoccurrences. This includes the documentation of operation trouble spots for corrective action.
- Coordinates oneself in a professional manner, working safely, taking precautions in preventing product and/or equipment damages and losses, cooperating with co-workers and maintaining good housekeeping practices at all times.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift experience is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, reach with hands, stand, walk, climb stairs and/or ladders, color vision, and ability to use fine motor skills to operate small hand tools.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places; in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock and working in confined spaces and heights. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
