What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
Delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores and vendors
Pick up parts and equipment from customers, satellite stores and vendors, coordinate schedule with Parts Manager and Parts Associate
Completes log at the time of delivery and request recipients signature
Unload truck each night; turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts
Help maintain the professional appearance of the Parts Department
Ensure parts truck is washed weekly and waxed every two months
Responsible for the basic upkeep of the truck; check oil with each fill-up
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
What are the requirements for this job?
A high school diploma or the equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to use computer and calculator
Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts
