Join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers!Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities of the Route Delivery Driver/Customer Service Technician:Evaluate daily routes and prepare for deliveries.Pull and scan products, including CO2, for customer deliveries.Print daily load sheet.Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to confirm inventory on the truck.Communicate with Customer Service and Regional Manager to clear service calls.Manage deposits and settle accounts.Travel to customer locations to deliver products.Perform preventive maintenance or repairs on equipment at customer locations, as needed.Remove and replace empty CO2 cylinders at both customer locations and the warehouse.Ensure proper product rotation in the van and at customer sites.Maintain a well-organized parts inventory in the vehicle.Keep the company vehicle clean and organized.Oversee vehicle maintenance.Report customer needs to Customer Service/Warehouse Manager.RequirementsEXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:· 1-3 years of Route Delivery Experience· Mechanical Ability Required· Able to Lift 50 pounds· Clean driving record· Good Customer Service SkillsWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
