Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Lebanon, NH

**Must-Have:** Competency in all areas of the LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) model
**Job Description:**
- Provide specialized care for labor and delivery patients in a LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum) unit.
- Ensure excellent patient care in the birthing pavilion with about 1300 deliveries annually.
- Work effectively in a 21-room unit with additional triage and operating rooms.
- Adhere to staffing guidelines for nurse-to-patient ratios including:
- 1:1 for Pitocin and active labors/intermittent monitoring
- 1:2 for cervical ripening with Pitocin
- 1:2 for high-risk medication administration including Magnesium Sulfate and Insulin drips
- 1:3 for Antepartum and Postpartum couplets
- Preference for candidates available for day/night rotation shifts.
- Commit to delivering compassionate and competent care in all LDRP areas.
- Provide educational support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
