We are Attensi, a global company founded in Norway specialized in AI and Game-Based training. Since our inception in 2012, Attensi has grown to become a global leader in the field, with training solutions used by global brands in more than 150 countries and in 50 different languages.

We work with some of the largest professional services, consulting, hospitality, leisure, retail, and pharmaceutical brands in the world including Circle K, Starbucks, Panera, YMCA, Travelers, Zurich Insurance, Oliver Wyman, PwC, Nestle, etc. Attensi works closely with customers to develop AI-powered training solutions that are tailored to their specific needs. Onboarding new employees, introducing new processes, replicating the behavior of best performers, and compliance training are just a few examples of where customers have excelled using Attensi AI and Game-based training.

Attensi’s team now consists of more than 250 Game Changers across our HQ in Oslo, Norway and London and we have started building our team in Boston, with almost 30 people on the ground already. Here, we plan to establish a large team and a strong presence – SUPERFAST!

As an integral part of our journey to establish and scale our US-presence we are now looking for our first Technical Delivery Manager for our team in Boston.

Technical Delivery Manager

Sitting in the Platform Enablement team, your mission will be to work both customer facing and internally to give our customers an easy onboarding to the Attensi Platform and enabling smooth end user journeys from the very beginning and over time as customers grow or requirements change. You will be the go-to person during project delivery and after go-live, acting as an advisor and subject matter expert on the Attensi Platform and integrations and leading on technical projects of more complex nature. You will work closely together with our technical, commercial, customer success and project teams to maintain and further develop tools and processes implementing our Platform Enablement strategy.

You will:

  • Define and deliver technical projects within time and scope
  • Identify key business objectives and propose solution recommendations
  • Manage scope of projects and project plans from start to finish, incl. effort estimates and budgets
  • Coordinate resources, ensure effective completion of project deliverables, mitigate projects risks
  • Ensure project quality, incl. sufficient testing
  • Establish effective knowledge sharing and transfer to wider internal customer account team
  • For strategically important and complex customers build and sustain relationships with critical contacts (up to C-level) for the technical element of the solution, ensuring scalable technical set-up and customer longevity
  • Advise internal teams and customers on optimal technical set-up based on available options and customer requirements
  • Work closely with the Tech, Commercial, Project and Support teams and contribute to further develop and maintain the Platform Enablement processes and documentation
  • Contribute to product development and pursuing partnerships to enable smooth end user journeys
  • Continuously learn about new technology, standards and external systems in order to best support our Customers to utilize the full potential of the Attensi Platform

  • Clear and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Proven success in stakeholder management by building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations
  • The ability to thrive in and foster a collaborative environment where team members work cohesively towards project goals.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. Jira).
  • Strong technical expertise with an understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and standardized integration and authentication methods (e.g. SAML, SCIM, REST APIs)
  • Ability to create and manage technical documentation, including project plans, reports, and system specifications.
  • Managing external vendors or third-party service providers that we must collaborate with on behalf of the customer
  • Preferably experience with these systems: Workday, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and any of the LMSs (Cornerstone, Docebo, Degreed etc)
