License- Active and in hand - AZ or Compact- Ensure it's accurate- # of L&D Beds: 9- # of OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections: 2- # of Triage beds: 7- # of Births per day: Average 9/day, 250 a month, 3000 per year.- Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios: Try to follow 1:1 or 1:2, 2 patients is pretty common.
