Responsibilities
• Safely operate stand-up forklifts and walkie-riders to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload goods from trucks or storage areas, ensuring accurate placement and handling.
• Move pallets and large materials to designated storage areas or shipping docks.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure forklifts and walkie-riders are in proper working condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring pathways remain clear for safety.
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and reporting any potential hazards.
• Work with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Support additional warehouse activities as needed, such as packaging, sorting, or organizing materials.
The essential functions of this role include:
