You Are:

We are seeking an energized Salesforce Delivery Lead Senior Manager to lead, manage, and oversee a major workstream in our Salesforce projects. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and a proven track record in leading delivery and workstreams. Additionally, all candidates will need to demonstrate their knowledge and experience of federal contracting, subcontracting, financials/budgeting/forecasting, building high-performing teams, building client relationships, and excellence in client delivery.

The Work:

• Managing all aspects of the workstream lifecycle to ensure successful delivery, which includes managing Salesforce integration, implementation, testing, and O&M.
• Assemble, manage, and lead all aspects of a workstream from initiation, transition, and closure.
• Actively drive and support planning activities and manage scope, expectations, dependencies, and commitments.
• Work with stakeholders to define workstream scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Track workstream progress and deliverables.
• Responsible for the on-time completion and quality of workstream deliverables.
• Coordinate and manage workstream resources and third-party partners/vendors/subcontractors.
• Deliver upon commitments.
• Manage scope to contract terms and basis of estimate.
• Create and maintain comprehensive workstream documentation, plans, and reports.
• Assess, manage, and track risks and issues.
• Provide mitigations/alternatives/solutions as necessary.
• Ensure standards, best practices, and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
