About The Position
ID: 51190407 Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: Position is primarily in Family Service Center, but must have both L&D and Mother/Baby experience.Experience: 2-3 years experience preferred, first time travelers okayPatient Ratio: 1:6Description of unit: Care of the pregnant patient through ante, intra, and post-partum stages as well as newborn care. Nurse should be functional both in labor and delivery and family care center.Procedures: Cesarean Sections, External Versions, Inductions of Labor, assisting with Epidurals and Blood PatchesRequired certs: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP, FHMScrubs not provided, colors - shocking pink and blackFLOATING: yes - based on needs of the hospital within skillsetSCHEDULE : MAX 7 days, Blocked Scheduling Not GuaranteedCall: may be schedule call on rare occasionHOLIDAYS:If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays.
