Additional Compensation Details:
Up to $30.00 per hour Dependent on Experience
Potential 90-day performance-based raise
Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure
Responsibilities:
The Role:
You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of Produce in the Eugene, OR area.
Schedule:
Typical start time is 2:30AM, days off to be determinded
Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To
Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Perform superior customer service
Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
All other duties as requested or assigned
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience
Be 23 yrs. or older
1+ year of driving experience with doubles highly preferred
Valid Class A CDL and medical card
Experience driving in adverse weather required, mountain passes daily
Interstate qualification, registered
Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English
Satisfactory driving record
